La réservation sera effective à la réception de votre contrat signé, accompagné du règlement de votre acompte, comme convenu dans les conditions particulières.
L’acompte ne sera pas remboursé en cas d’annulation.
Le dépôt de garantie (caution) est de 1500 €
Les modalités de paiement du solde du prix de la location et du dépôt de garantie sont définis dans les conditions particulières.
La totalité des paiements doit être faite avant toute remise des clés.

Pets are not allowed.
Strictly non smoking inside the house.
Rental is for a minimum of 7 nights.

The booking is effective on receipt of your signed copy of the rental contract and payment of the down payment, as agreed in the specific conditions.
The down payment will not be returned in case of booking cancellation.
The damage deposit is 1500 €
Details and dates of payments for the full amount of the rental and the damage deposit will be mentioned in the specific conditions.
No keys will be handed over before full payment has been made.
